How can I go about purchasing a pair of earrings I see in your Instagram feed but not on your website?

Not all my earrings shown in my Insta feed are available for purchase through my website as a lot of my pieces are either sold immediately or sent to my stockists. However, if you
wish to buy something you see on my feed, send me a message and I will see if I have the pair available.

I have sensitive ears. What are your earring posts made of?

All of my earring posts are surgical grade 314 stainless steel (18k gold plated) and hypoallergenic. They are known to cause no irritation to sensitive skin.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently only ship to the USA, Australia, UK and within Canada. Please refer to Shop Policies for further information on shipping.

How soon can I receive my order once placed?

Although my processing time is 3-5 business days I try my best to have orders out within a day or two. Once the package is out of my hands Canada Post will deliver to you as per they shipping timelines. Please note that during checkout the website will choose untracked standard shipping for you as default which could take up to 10 business days for both Canada and US. If you wish to receive your package sooner kindly select the appropriate shipping method from the dropdown menu. I absolutely love working on custom orders; however, I may not always be able to take up custom work depending on the volume of orders etc. Please connect with me and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

What’s the best way to take care of my earrings?

Accepted Answer

Please do not shower or swim with earrings on. Although polymer clay will not hold or absorb water, the hardware could tarnish if earrings come in contact with excessive moisture much too often. When not wearing the earrings, store them in a box or pouch in a dry place.

If you get make up on your earrings, use a little acetone on a Q-tip and gently go over the affected area to lift the make up off. Do not rub!

Brass earrings can be easily cleaned with Brasso or your good ‘ol tomato ketchup/ tomato juice. Using a Q-tip, apply generously to the brass component and leave for about 15-20 mins before rinsing off with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and voila! They will shine as new.
